In 2005, Michael Burdick founded CMS after years of experience in both the technical and sales sides of Telecom and IT services for a large global Carrier. Michael had learned that many large Carriers fell short in delivering optimal service to their customers. He saw a real opportunity in which enterprise organizations could benefit from not having to navigate the telecom landscape on their own or spend valuable time with the carriers’ direct sales tactics and subpar implementation processes and support.
At CMS, Michael brings together his advanced technical knowledge and understanding of what businesses want from technology services.
Jessica Mayo-Pike, CMS Managing Partner and COO, came to CMS with a high profile background of heading up a Managed Services Program for a large Cisco VAR in upstate NY. Previous to that, she served as a Channel Manager for a national Carrier. Jessica has extensive experience in Cloud and Carrier services, as well as deep expertise in Channel Sales. At CMS, she contributes to the growth of the three core offerings, and focuses on road mapping the current and future strategic initiatives of CMS. Jessica also serves as a Board Member of the Channel Partners Advisory Board.
Sharon Renaudette, Director of Operations, Sharon has worked in the technology field for over twenty years. During this time she worked for a software company as a senior programmer responsible for application development and implementation as well as customer support and training. Prior to that she worked in an Information Technology Department maintaining various operating systems, and was responsible for application development and implementation, project management and customer support.
Tim J Burdick, Managing Partner and Sales Leader, comes to CMS with 10+ years’ experience providing successful sales growth for various systems integration VARS based in New England and New York metro territories, and serving global markets. Tim has a broad understanding in managing and developing sales and support teams, and building key partnerships with client and solution providers. At CMS, he contributes to the growth of our sales and services operations, and strategically mapping a rapidly evolving solution and managed services portfolio to solve our clients greatest business challenges
